EXERCISE 1LET’S GET CLEAR ON WHAT IT IS YOU’RE FAILING

Half of the reason people fail is they have no idea of what they want, or if they do, no great clarity on how to seize their life!

A. Take a piece of paper and at the top of it write, “All the things I’ve ever wanted to do in my lifetime”

Now spend the next 10 minutes writing down every last thing you can think of. If you need more time, just keep going

B. Go to your list and prioritize

The things that you cannot die without doing, need to be marked ‘A’

The things that you really want to do and mean a lot, should be marked ‘B’

The things that would be nice to get done in this lifetime, but aren’t critical, mark ‘C’

C. Take 20 more minutes to get clearer and flesh out a plan of action for all the A’s on your list

D. Pick 3 things from your ‘A-List’ that you’re going to make a start on today!

EXERCISE 2LET GO AND CLEAR UP

Knowing you couldn’t fail takes letting go of the fear, the perfection, the shoulds, the musts, the judgments, and all that BS!

It takes diving into your life, at last, so you arrive at the day when wild rebellion and relief combine so that you can:

Say no when you need to
Say yes when you want to
Put down healthy effortless boundaries
Be strong
Be powerful
Be fearless

Clear up the clutter; both in your environment, on your to-do list, and out there in relationship land

Right now:

A. List or draw the ways you can transform your environment. Spend about 20 minutes doing this. Then take 3 things from that list and begin working on them today. Even if it’s just a commitment to take an item to Goodwill every day this next week.

B. Take a look at your schedule for the entire week ahead. Really? Do you really want and have to do all of the things you have planned? What does your ideal week ahead look like?

C. When we declutter our toxic relationships and prioritize the ones that help us soar, our lives are never the same again

D. Now you’ve cleared the clutter, spend 30 minutes writing and drawing what you really want to do with your life and your work. Big stuff. This is your beginning!

A. If you could die and come back later today with no responsibilities and do and be anything at all, how would that look?

Fill at least 1 side of the paper with ideas and be as detailed as possible!

B. Imagine you’ve come to the end of your life and you’re looking back over it. What are your 3 biggest regrets?

Going forward is there anything you can do to rectify these, and how can you make sure there are no other major regrets in this lifetime?

C. Take 5 of your heroes (real or pretend, dead or alive). Which of their qualities do you admire because you have them yourself?

How can you take yourself to the next level, embracing these qualities?

FINALLY:

We all have that fire of life that burns deep within. Not some of us, all of us. Your pilot light never goes out, whatever life throws at you. It’s there. Look within. Trust it to show you the way home.
